“Two months after wrapping up my six-month stint with Erin, I think of all the things I have done since I started working with her.

We have a new payroll company, a new veterinary accounting firm, and new insurance policies with a new insurance company.  We finally have a proper employee handbook, reviewed by an attorney, and we’ve added dental and vision insurance for our employees.  If you had told me a year ago that I would accomplish all of this, I would not have believed you.

Our management team now holds weekly meetings to review clinic-specific topics and the latest weekly and monthly reports and newsletters from the various organizations Erin introduced to us.

Erin was the driver behind all the new ideas, but once she suggested the ideas/topics, I wanted to be involved, so she stepped back and became my support person.  There were weeks when I felt overwhelmed with everything we were tackling, and Erin would either take more off my plate or would act as my cheerleader and keep me going.

I finally feel ready to enter the second half of my veterinary business ownership track, knowing we are very well-prepared and have the best support team thanks to Erin!”
