Hi, I’m Erin. I started working in veterinary medicine in 1998 while studying veterinary technology at Vermont Technical College. I began as a veterinary assistant, moved up to technician, and then became an inventory manager. After nine years of learning and hands-on experience, I became a practice manager and later a co-owner and hospital administrator.
With 26 years in the field, I have gained a strong understanding of both clinical care and business operations. I have helped teams work more efficiently, improve their performance, and build successful, well-run practices.
Now, I work as a business coach, helping veterinary professionals get real results. My coaching covers workflow optimization, leadership development, team communication, and financial analysis. I also help with strategic business planning and operational reviews. I work with clients to create practical business strategies and long-term financial plans that increase profits and support steady growth.
